As part of our growing content and production team, were looking for a creative Video Editor/Production Specialist who can bring our stories to life through compelling visuals and engaging edits.

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content for digital and social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create brand videos, campaign films, testimonials, and motion graphics as per marketing briefs
• 
  Integrate AI-driven tools for video generation and enhancement (e.g., Runway, Pika Labs, or similar platforms)
• Design and animate basic 2D motion graphics and text animations
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and social teams to translate ideas into high-quality video outputs
• Manage the entire production process from pre-production planning to post-production delivery
• Ensure consistency in style, tone, and brand identity across all video assets
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and evolving video formats
• Maintain an organized video asset library and handle file backups systematically

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Media Production, Film, Design, Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing and production (agency experience preferred)
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

  Get Hired
• Working knowledge of basic 2D animation and motion graphics
• Familiarity with AI video generation tools and creative AI workflows
• Understanding of digital marketing content formats (ads, reels, stories, performance creatives, etc.)
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and audio-visual sync
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
