About The Role
We are looking for an Associate Director Business Operations (LAP) to drive end-to-end loan operations across multiple states. The ideal candidate will be responsible for P&L management, operational excellence, and sales-driven lead generation for the LAP (Loan Against Property) vertical.
Key Responsibilities

• State-Level Operations: Oversee business operations across 2-3 states, ensuring seamless execution of loan processes.
• 
  P&L Ownership: Manage revenue, cost optimisation, and overall profitability of the LAP business.
• Lead Generation & Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales team in Tamil Nadu, Mysore, and Delhi to drive business growth.
• Loan Processing & Risk Management: Ensure smooth disbursement of LAP loans (ticket size up to ?75L) while maintaining compliance and risk protocols.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor operations teams to achieve efficiency and productivity goals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams (credit, risk, and collections) to optimise end-to-end loan operations.
  

Key Requirements

  Get Hired
  8+ years of experience in Business Operations within LAP/secured lending in an NBFC or bank.
• Proven expertise in handling multi-state operations and driving P&L for lending products.
• Strong understanding of loan processing, disbursement, and collections in LAP.
• Experience in collaborating with sales teams to generate and convert leads.
• Hands-on experience in process automation and operational efficiency.
• Based in Bangalore or open to relocation.
