Relationship Manager - Digital Sales

Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, and SMS
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively
• Manage the sales process using CRM and sales software tools
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Participate actively in sales team discussions and meetings
  

Qualifications & Skills Required

• 0–1 year of work experience
