We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market and a proven track record of achieving sales targets through innovative and customer-centric approaches. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our pull-based sales strategy, emphasizing the unique value and experience offered by us.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, channel partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns that attract potential buyers.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide detailed reports on sales performance and market insights.
- Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective buyers.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Deep understanding of the Bengaluru real estate market and customer preferences.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
