Role Description
This is a full-time onsite position for a Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new supply opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with home owners, and devising strategies to achieve organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Strategic Planning
- Experience in Negotiation, Contract Management, and Partnership Development

- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and lead and mentor teams effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools
- Experience in the hospitality or travel industry and a strong network of industry contacts is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
