Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Creating Technical Proposals: Developing detailed and tailored technical proposals that fulfill customer needs.
• Conducting Product Application Analysis: Engaging in in-depth research to comprehend product applications thoroughly.
• Product Selection: Identifying suitable products based on specific customer criteria.
• Managing Product Inventory: Overseeing the handling and management of products including vacuum cups, vacuum generators, vacuum grippers, vacuum lifters, and cam indexers.
• Customer Engagement: Collaborating with clients to assess their requirements and suggesting appropriate vacuum solutions for diverse applications such as automotive purposes, sheet metal pick-and-place operations, and other industrial automation needs.
• Technical Documentation Creation: Producing user manuals, installation guides, and troubleshooting protocols to aid customers and internal teams in the effective use of vacuum systems.
  
• Training and Demonstration Facilitation: Leading training sessions and demonstrations for both customers and internal personnel on the operation, upkeep, and troubleshooting of vacuum systems and associated equipment.
• Technology Awareness: Staying updated with the latest advancements in vacuum technology, industry developments, and competitive landscapes to maintain a competitive edge and foster innovation in solution development.
