The Role
As a Backend Engineer in our Revenue Team, youll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the systems that drive our lead qualification and automated marketing campaigns. Youll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to create efficient, scalable solutions that fuel our revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems using Python
• Implement and optimize automated workflows on AWS to enhance our marketing and sales processes
• Build RESTful APIs to support our frontend applications and integrate with third-party services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of our backend systems
• Implement data pipelines for processing and analyzing large datasets
• Continuously improve our existing systems, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in backend development and cloud technologies
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in backend development
• Strong proficiency in Python programming
• Experience with AWS services and cloud-based architectures
• Familiarity with database systems (SQL and NoSQL)
• Experience with RESTful API design and development
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with marketing technology, CRM systems, or revenue operations
• Knowledge of machine learning and its applications in data analysis
• Familiarity with serverless architectures and micro-services.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Understanding of data privacy and security best practices
