This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, based in Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet the organizations staffing requirements. Day-to-day tasks include managing job postings, conducting candidate interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining recruitment records. The role also involves building and fostering strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring process.
