Role Overview:
As a Project Manager - RPA at Titan Company Ltd., you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives across various business functions. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to identify automation opportunities, define project scope, manage project timelines, and ensure the delivery of high-quality RPA solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall business performance. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for RPA implementations, from initial assessment and planning to deployment and ongoing support, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities, gathering requirements and translating them into detailed project plans and technical specifications.
- Manage project teams, including RPA developers, business analysts, and subject matter experts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure effective collaboration and project success.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, status reports, and post-implementation reviews, ensuring clear communication and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and proactively identify and address potential risks and issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Manage relationships with external RPA vendors, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in RPA processes and methodologies, identifying opportunities to optimize automation solutions and enhance overall efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams and external vendors, delivering successful outcomes within defined timelines and budgets.
- Proven expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies and methodologies, with a strong understanding of automation tools and platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess automation opportunities, develop effective solutions, and resolve technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, build consensus, and influence decision-making.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), with experience using project management tools and techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on RPA implementations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Based in Bangalore and able to work in a hybrid work environment.
