The candidate would be required to support Accounts payable team by working closely with onshore partner, performing indexing of invoices on daily basis or vouchers in database management system, perform three way matching and submit the invoice after verification to next team to release the payment.
Seeking Accounts Payable Processors to join our Order Completion team, this position is within the Workers Compensation AP team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assisting customers with vendor portal inquiries, maintain pre-existing vendor information, works well in a team environment and demonstrates depth of related knowledge/skills, communicates with internal and external contacts, and verify that all transactions comply with the established financial policies and procedures.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Position involves well versed with rich knowledge of two way and three-way matching concept and performing of matching of invoices in respective tool
- Preparation of day end reports by matching the data processed in tool with the data presented by the team
- Maintaining daily productivity trackers
- Continuing to improve the Accounts Payable process
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Candidate can work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness. Organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and problem-solving skills are a must. Strong verbal and written communications skills are also required. Ability to foresee process improvements and initiate/propose alternate solutions. The candidate must have strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask high priority responsibilities.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation in commerce (B.Com & BBA)
- 1.5 - 2 years of experience in AP domain or PTP
- Understanding of MS Office & good typing skills
- Attention to detail & Quality focused
- Good Analytical & comprehension skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible to work in any shift
