• Prepare Budget and Forecast of EEC functions and ensuring that the same are submitted into system in a timely manner.


• Perform monthly analytical review of Income Statement of business across EEC Functions with Budget / Forecast and provide variance analysis.


• Focus on analysis of overheads, cost allocations and IT cost development


• Support in analysis of overall cost and timely highlighting variances


• Manage and follow timetable for various closing and reporting requirements.


• Monitor and ensure timely submission of time sheets by EEC employees and resolving queries of employees related to time registration.


• Raising monthly Margin Invoice for EEC functions.


• Ensuring the compliance with Transfer Pricing requirements related to required margin / Inter-Company transactions.


• Analyze weekly and monthly Billing ratio and other KPIs and provide report


• Perform coordination with accounting team for timely closure of books of accounts
  


• Maintain necessary documentation to support audit


• Handle vendor invoices at local level and submit the same to central team for processing after preliminary checking


• Experience with accounting principles and procedures.


• Basic knowledge of GST and transfer pricing regulation


• Preparation and maintenance of agreements with counter-part countries.


• Resolving queries raised by management and global stakeholders.


• Perform other responsibilities as assigned or required.


• MBA Finance from reputed Institution with relevant experience


• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Business Controllership/ Financial Analysis/Cost Management with a big MNC


• Knowledge of Maconomy / SAP/Oracle or other similar ERP system.


• MS Excel & Power point skills at Expert level
