Job Description
Overview &Duties
- Support multiple law firms, adhering to each firm’s internal processes and procedures
- Conduct conflicts searches, using a firm’s conflicts database or other systems/programs
- Perform comprehensive corporate research using the firm’s commercial data providers and external sources
- Analyze data, identify potential issues and provide a summary of findings
- Review incoming letters, faxes, email, etc. for changes and/or additions to calendars
- CompuLaw entry
- Event Management and generation
- Generate/Distribute daily calendar reports
- Court calendar research
- Tracking and calendaring of dates to ensure accuracy
- Understand legal documents and events
- Proactive research of deadlines
- Provide excellent client service to attorneys, legal assistants and administrative personnel
- Special projects and duties, as assigned

Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor degree in Law or Paralegal education/certification required
- Experience: 1+ years of experience working within a law firm or corporate office environment strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other Windows-based platforms required
- Previous analytical research and reporting experience preferred
- Experience and working knowledge of database systems is a plus
Working hours – US shifts – 6:30pm to 3:30am
Salary Package – Rs. 3,00,000/- to Rs. 4,20,000/- per annum
