Corporate Finance Analyst

What role you will play in team: You will support the corporate finance team in various projects, from financial analysis to due diligence.

What you will do: You will work on financial modeling, conduct research and assist in the preparation of presentations for internal stakeholders.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct financial analysis and valuation of business units or projects.
• Prepare financial models and presentations for senior management.
• Support due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes.
  
• Develop and maintain financial databases and spreadsheets.
• Assist in preparation of investor presentations.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in corporate finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software.
