Job Description
- The ideal candidate for this Business Development role should possess a Master's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. You should have a solid background in Sales, with experience in Business Development of Enterprise sales and B2B sales. Your Sales Skills should be top-notch, coupled with Strong Influencing and networking skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships.
Your primary responsibility will be Business Development for Enterprise Learning Solutions, focusing on driving business growth across sectors such as Banking & Insurance, Auto, Telecom, consumer durables/Retail, and other high-growth areas. You will be tasked with identifying new market opportunities and developing business expansion tactics in line with the overall growth strategy.
Engaging with potential clients to build a strong pipeline of opportunities for Enterprise Learning Solutions will be a key part of your role. You will also need to consult with clients to understand their Training and Development requirements, offering tailored solutions and exploring cross-selling opportunities.
Collaboration will be essential, as you work with the Business Unit Head to create compelling solutions and competitive proposals. Crafting visually engaging pitches customized for each prospect, you will assist in closing sales and nurturing long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you must develop and execute business development plans to meet or exceed revenue targets. Market analysis to understand competition and industry trends will be crucial, as you collaborate with marketing and delivery/product teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
