Job Description
Hiring for a leading finance company:
- activating clients trading accounts and assisting new entrants in the equity market to understand market dynamics.
- cross-selling products such as insurance, mutual funds, PMS, SIPs, IPOs, etc., to existing customers.
- handling HNI clients.
- Coordinating with clients for their daily equity trades.
- Assisting customers in executing trades online and placing orders on their behalf.
- Achieving healthy revenues without compromising on clients profitability.
- Confirming orders and trades to clients at the end of each day.
- Advising clients with necessary information regarding market conditions.
- Acquiring new clients through referrals from existing clients.
- Activating inactive clients through regular follow-ups.
- Regularly following up with clients and addressing their queries.
- Staying informed about micro and macroeconomic indicators, global and domestic financial markets, and their impact on stock movements.
- collecting margins and managing market-to-market losses.
