TMRW - Founder's Office Role

The Lead - Strategy will work closely with the Founder's Office and senior leadership to drive high-impact strategic initiatives across TMRW's portfolio businesses. This role requires strong analytical rigour, financial acumen, and the ability to translate strategy into execution across fast-paced e-commerce, retail, and D2C environments.
Strategic Planning & Business Growth
- Partner with founders and CXOs to identify, define, and prioritise strategic initiatives to drive growth across portfolio companies.
- Develop robust business expansion theses through market research, competitive analysis, and financial evaluation.
- Own end-to-end strategy formulation and execution for new initiatives, from concept to rollout.
Program & Initiative Ownership
- Lead the development of program plans including scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.

- Drive cross-functional collaboration across product, marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations to ensure successful execution.
- Track milestones, risks, and outcomes, ensuring accountability and timely delivery.
Governance & Performance Management
- Drive business planning, annual operating plans (AOPs), and goal-setting processes.
- Establish and manage a regular governance cadence with leadership, including reviews, dashboards, and performance tracking.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and work with CXOs to resolve strategic and operational challenges.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a strategic thought partner to business leaders across TMRW
- Prepare concise, data-driven, and compelling communication for board meetings, strategy reviews, and leadership forums
- Influence decision-making through structured insights and clear recommendations
Special Projects
- Lead high-impact, confidential, and time-sensitive special projects critical to long-term growth, transformation, and value creation.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of a premier business school
- Prior work experience with a business consulting firm is required
- Demonstrated experience supporting e-commerce, retail fashion, or lifestyle categories, or startup environments during tenure at a consulting firm
