ToCumulus is a rapidly growing multi-entity organization with operations spanning India and UAE. Were looking for a results-driven finance leader to spearhead our accounting operations and drive aggressive growth through optimized cash flow management.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Accounts Manager to lead our AR/AP operations across multiple companies in India and UAE. This role demands a hands-on leader with exceptional negotiation skills, aggressive payment follow-up capabilities, and proven experience in multi-entity financial management. Youll directly report to the CEO and play a pivotal role in our financial strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Entity Financial Operations

• Manage AR/AP operations across ToCumulus group companies in India and UAE
• Oversee inter-company transactions, reconciliations, and consolidations
• Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP, UAE IFRS, GST, and VAT regulations
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes for all entities
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and statutory compliance

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts team (5-8 members)
• Set clear performance targets and KPIs for team members
• Conduct regular training on collections techniques and process improvements
• Foster collaboration between India and UAE finance teams
• Drive accountability and results-oriented culture

Aggressive Collections & Cash Flow Management

• Implement robust credit control policies and collection procedures
• Personally handle high-value and complex collection cases
• Conduct tough negotiations with clients for overdue payments
• Reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) through proactive follow-up strategies
• Escalate critical cases and coordinate with legal teams when necessary
• Achieve monthly collection targets and maintain aging analysis

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management review
• Generate cash flow forecasts and aging analysis reports
• Support budget preparation and variance analysis across entities
• Coordinate with external auditors and statutory authorities
• Implement process improvements and automation initiatives

Required Qualifications

Professional Experience

• 8-12 yearsin senior accounting roles with significant AR/AP exposure
• Minimum 3-5 yearsin team leadership positions
• Multi-entity experienceacross different geographies (India/Middle East preferred)

Technical Skills

• ERP Systems:Expert proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar platforms
• Advanced Excel:Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling
• Regulatory Knowledge:GST, TDS, UAE VAT, IFRS, and Indian GAAP
• Multi-currency Operations:Experience with forex transactions and hedging

Core Competencies

• Collections Focus:Track record of reducing DSO by minimum 20%
• Leadership Skills:Ability to motivate teams to achieve aggressive targets
