Job Description
This is a strategic role responsible for owning the concert programming and commercial performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead programming strategy and development of concert formats and live products
- Own the full lifecycle of each concert: concept ? budgeting ? negotiations ? execution ? post-event analysis
- Negotiate with artists, agents and partners (fees, revenue share, guarantees)
- Build and manage event P&L, forecasts and profitability
- Define pricing, ticket strategy and commercial positioning
- Coordinate closely with Marketing, Technical, Finance and Sales
- Be accountable for revenue, attendance and financial results of the concert line
- This person should act asProduct Owner for concerts, combining artistic vision with strong commercial and financial discipline.
