Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior SAP Security & GRC Consultant with 810 years of experience to support SAP Security and SAP GRC Access Control implementation projects, including Brownfield S/4HANA conversion programs.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Drive end-to-end implementation of SAP Security and SAP GRC Access Control for ECC / S/4HANA systems, including Brownfield conversion projects
• Lead security activities during S/4HANA system conversion (Brownfield), including role redesign and remediation
• Perform requirement gathering with business and functional teams and convert them into security role design
• Design and build roles in PFCG including single, derived, composite roles, and org-level structuring
• Configure and implement SAP GRC modules including ARA, ARM, EAM (Firefighter), and BRM
• Build and configure SAP GRC AC embedded deployment on S/4HANA
• Perform SoD analysis, risk identification, mitigation control design, and remediation execution
• Support ruleset review, customization, and validation for accurate risk analysis and reporting
• Configure MSMP workflows and BRF+ rules as part of access request management
• Perform authorization troubleshooting using SU53, ST01, SUIM and assist functional teams during testing cycles
• Support project phases including Blueprint, Realization, SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-live, and Hypercare
• Prepare security documentation including role matrix, SoD reports, firefighter process documentation, and audit-ready deliverables
• Coordinate with SAP Basis, functional teams, auditors, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and compliance adherence

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Security Implementation (ECC / S/4HANA)
• Strong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control 10.x / 12.x Implementation
• Proven experience in Brownfield S/4HANA conversion projects

  Get Hired
  Hands-on working knowledge in ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM
• Experience in configuring GRC AC embedded in S/4HANA
• Strong understanding of SoD concepts, access governance, risk management, and mitigation controls
• Strong experience in role design, role build, and security testing support
• Good knowledge of authorization concepts and troubleshooting techniques
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in implementation projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Security and SAP Fiori Security (Catalogs, Groups, Spaces)
• Experience in GRC ruleset updates, access review processes, and compliance reporting
• SAP Security / SAP GRC certification is an added advantage
