Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure legal compliance at the Corporate Office.
- Review and negotiate major commercial contracts (EPC, PPAs, fuel supply, large purchase agreements).
- Draft and review financing documentation (bank loans, NCDs, other debt instruments).
- Provide day-to-day legal counsel on corporate, electricity, competition, insolvency, and labour laws.
- Manage legal processes including key court matters and arbitration (excluding regulatory tribunals and higher appeals).
- Conduct legal due diligence and negotiate documentation in M&A transactions.
