Job Description
- As an Inside Sales/Telecalling Executive at our company, your role will involve generating prospective leads, confirming appointments, cold calling, conducting contact research from social networking sites and web research, handling customer inquiries, sending quotation mailers, and following up with customers to close deals. Your direct communication will be with small and medium-sized businesses (B2B Sales) to promote our product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update daily individual calls and sales reports
- Create and maintain a list/database of prospective clients, ensuring data cleanliness
- Manage and maintain up-to-date information in the CRM system
- Pitch qualified leads provided by the prospecting team and convert them into sales opportunities
- Work from customer lists or databases to make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers or prospects
- Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to develop and execute a lead generation program
- Provide campaign support and lead follow-up for marketing projects
- Own lead management, analysis, and reporting
Qualifications Required:

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to prospect and identify new business opportunities
- Strong communication skills and good Excel knowledge
- Skilled at making small talk, street smart with strong spoken & written communication in English language
