Location
This is a full-time, on-site role located in our Alwarpet Office, Chennai for a HubSpot Expert. The candidate should be based out of Chennai.
Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
HubSpot Expert to play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing and sales efforts and for a few select clients.The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the HubSpot platform and a proven track record of successfully setting up and managing marketing campaigns, running effective advertising campaigns, and seamlessly integrating HubSpot with various CRM and email service provider systems.
You will be instrumental in leveraging HubSpots full potential to drive lead generation, nurture customer relationships, and improve overall business growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a HubSpot Expert or similar role, demonstrating expertise in campaign management, advertising, and CRM/ESP integrations.
- In-depth knowledge of the HubSpot platform (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, CMS Hub). HubSpot certifications are a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Facebook Ads (preferably through HubSpot Ads).
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and experience with seamless integration with HubSpot.
- Experience integrating HubSpot with various email service providers (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid, Constant Contact).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.

- Strong understanding of inbound marketing methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independentlyand proactively, taking ownership of projects and driving results.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with HubSpot CMS Hub for website management and optimization.
- Familiarity with other marketing automation tools and technologies.
- Experience with lead scoring and lead nurturing strategies within HubSpot.
