???? Role: Account Management Intern (Hybrid Gurugram)

This internship offers hands-on experience in client management and international tech sales, with an opportunity for a Permanent Position Offer (PPO) based on performance.

????? Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow international client accounts (primarily Europe & Middle East)

Drive end-to-end sales cycle: outreach, discovery, proposals, follow-ups, and closure

Maintain CRM hygiene, track interactions, and keep data updated

Collaborate with delivery and tech teams to ensure client success

Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth

Provide proactive customer support and resolve client issues quickly

???? Qualifications

Bachelors in Engineering or MBA preferred

Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)

Basic understanding of SDLC and QA/testing tools

Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce

Internship or experience in sales/account/client-facing roles is a plus

Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn
