Job Description

Job Summary

Total Shift Left is hiring a fluent English speaker (American accent preferred) with a bachelors degree who is eager to drive outbound sales. This role is heavily focused on cold calling, outbound prospecting, and booking qualified meetings with potential clients in the Software Testing and QA Space.

What Youll Do

  • Cold Calling: Execute high-volume outbound calls to generate qualified meetings.
  • Meeting Booking: Schedule demos and discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Identify and reach out to target accounts via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Value Pitching: Clearly communicate our Shift-Left testing solutions to prospects.
  • Pipeline Support: Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM and meet weekly targets.

What Were Looking For

  • 0-2 Years of Experience with a Bachelors degree in Technology, Communication, or a related field
  • Fluent English with a strong American accent and phone presence
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling
  • Basic understanding of Software Testing / IT Services (preferred)
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient
  • Interest in growing within a fast-paced startup
