Finance & Accounts Role

Leadership & Process Ownership
- Lead the end-to-end AP and Inventory Reconciliation function across warehouses, fulfillment centers, and dark stores.
- Establish scalable reconciliation frameworks, controls, SOPs, and governance mechanisms for high-volume operational environments.
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement of reconciliation processes across business units and geographies.
Vendor & AP Reconciliation
- Oversee reconciliation of large transaction volumes with brands, suppliers, and procurement partners.
- Ensure accurate matching and closure of POs, GRNs, invoices, claims, debit notes, credit notes, and payment records.
- Drive resolution of complex vendor disputes, commercial mismatches, and aged reconciliation items.
- Partner with procurement and finance leadership to improve payable accuracy and working capital efficiency.
Inventory Reconciliation & Controls

- Build robust controls around inventory movements across warehouses and dark stores.
- Monitor inter-warehouse transfers, stock adjustments, returns, shrinkage, damages, and inventory variances.
- Ensure system-level integrity between WMS, ERP, finance, and operational inventory records.
- Lead investigations into stock losses, reconciliation gaps, and operational leakages.
Outsourced Operations Management
- Manage and govern outsourced reconciliation partners and shared service operations.
- Define KPIs, SLAs, productivity benchmarks, and governance reviews for external partners.
- Ensure quality control, timely closure of open items, and operational efficiency within outsourced processes.
- Evaluate automation and technology-led solutions to reduce manual dependency and improve accuracy.
Cross Functional Business Partnership
- Work closely with category, business, procurement, operations, supply chain, finance, and technology teams.
- Support onboarding of new brands/vendors by embedding reconciliation and financial control frameworks upfront.
- Act as a strategic partner to business teams in improving process discipline and operational visibility.
Technology, Automation & Analytics
- Drive automation initiatives across reconciliation workflows, exception management, and reporting.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to strengthen ERP/WMS integrations and reporting capabilities.
- Develop dashboards, MIS, variance analytics, and management reporting frameworks for leadership visibility.
Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
- Strengthen financial controls and audit readiness across inventory and payable processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements.
- Identify operational and financial risks proactively and implement mitigation mechanisms.
