Business Controller (Hybrid)
Full time, Banglore, India
In this role , you will be reviewing all of the financial reporting requirements and accounting practices of BCD Travel or a specific region. Establishes financial plans, policies and procedures to ensure that the assets of the company are secure, expenditures are properly outlined and contractual obligations are properly paid.
As a Business Controller, you will

• Provide oversight of and strategic direction to the functional areas of the reporting area
• Manage the Finance Department, including but not limited to, the general accounting, payroll, and Airline Reporting Corporation (ARC) functions.
• Review monthly consolidated and branch financial statements, including financial projections and variance analysis.
• Manage personnel including hiring, counseling, scheduling, terminating, training, motivating and evaluating.
• Provide for the proper staffing and servicing of all operations within responsibility. Builds a team capable of carrying out objectives.
  
  
  

About You

• Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field
• Relavent years of experience in Finance/Accounting role
• Proficiency with ERPs and MS-office required
• Proficiency in SAP / R3 FI & CO preferred
• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
