Supervisor Finance (Remote)

In this role, you will spearhead a dynamic team operating across multiple regions, ensuring financial excellence and exceptional client experiences. Your leadership will guide project invoicing, reconciliation, and closure, unlocking opportunities for global process improvement and operational efficiency. As a Supervisor Finance, you will

• Lead and mentor a team supporting multiple regions and time zones
• Manage project accounting activities including invoicing, reconciliation across multiple entities
• Conduct detailed balance sheet reviews and ensuring financial integrity
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across various company codes
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits and compliance reviews

• Improve the day-to-day operations of the project accounting function across regions
  

About You

• A Bachelors degree in Finance related field and relevant experience
• Strong grasp of GAAP and IFRS principles
• Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
• A strategic mindset that thrives in fast-paced environmens, managing multiple priorities with ease
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Extensive experience with SAP, including proficiency in financial modules
