Executive/Sr Executive - Recruitment

Minimum 2 year work experience in a Call Centre Environment in Talent Acquisition function managing support hiring

• Lead the full life cycle of recruitment & maintain strong network and database of candidates
• 
  Must have team handling experience
• Should have excellent skills & ability to work independently
• Owning end-to-end recruitment process with Hiring Manager right from approval of Head count & initiate hiring process till on boarding.
• Proactively meeting candidates/ stakeholders and creating a pipeline ensuring the business requirements are met On Time.
