Job Description

Job Summary:

As a VAPT Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive sales of Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) services to organizations across diverse industries. You will leverage your understanding of cybersecurity to identify client needs, promote the company and its VAPT offerings, and close deals. You will be maintaining the communication between the technical team and clients, ensuring tailored solutions are delivered seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline and manage leads effectively.

2. Client Engagement:

  • Present the value proposition of VAPT services in alignment with the clients security needs.
  • Organize and deliver tailored presentations, Product information and Proposals.

3. Consultative Selling:

  • Collaborate with Security Analysts to design customized VAPT solutions for clients.
  • Provide insights into how VAPT services can address the client requirements
  • Address client objections and provide technical and commercial clarifications.

4. Sales Execution:

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery post-sale.

5. Market Analysis:

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging threats in cybersecurity.
  • Use industry knowledge to position the companys offerings as market-leading solutions.

6. Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Serve as a point of contact for escalations, feedback, and upselling opportunities.

7. Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline status, and forecasts in CRM tools.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and performance metrics to management.

Required Qualifications

    Education: Any Education
  • Experience:
  • 3+ years in Sales, ideally in the Cybersecurity and Compliance & Auditing Domain.
  • Familiarity with VAPT, cybersecurity services, and compliance frameworks.
  • Good Understanding of compliance requirements such as CERT-In, GDPR, ISO 27001, PCI DSS

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, and MS Office

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Monthly and quarterly sales targets achieved.
  • Pipeline growth and lead conversion rates.
  • Client satisfaction and feedback.
