The OpportunityWe are seeking a Sales Executive with a strong understanding of the solar industry and a consultative approach to B2B software sales.
This role is ideal for professionals who can engage decision-makers, articulate business and technical value, and close enterprise-grade solar software solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Drive B2B sales growth for Tracewatts Solar Monitoring, O&M, and Asset Management platform
- Identify, engage, and convert EPCs, O&M vendors, and solar plant owners
- Lead solution-oriented sales discussions and professional product demonstrations
- Build, manage, and forecast a qualified sales pipeline
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records, reports, and revenue forecasts
- Consistently achieve sales, revenue, and performance targets
- 15 years of experience in solar sales, EPC, O&M, or energy solutions
- Strong understanding of:
- Solar plant operations
- Real-time monitoring systems
- Inverters, meters, and performance analytics
- Proven ability to sell value-based B2B solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Structured, disciplined, and performance-driven mindset

- Experience selling SaaS, digital platforms, or enterprise software
- Established network within the solar / renewable energy ecosystem
