Tracewatt is an AI-powered Solar Monitoring, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), and Asset Management platform built for EPCs, O&M providers, and large solar asset owners.

We enable real-time performance monitoring, data-driven operations, intelligent asset management, and scalable governance across distributed and utility-scale solar portfolios.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales Executive with a strong understanding of the solar industry and a consultative approach to B2B software sales.

This role is ideal for professionals who can engage decision-makers, articulate business and technical value, and close enterprise-grade solar software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive B2B sales growth for Tracewatts Solar Monitoring, O&M, and Asset Management platform
  • Identify, engage, and convert EPCs, O&M vendors, and solar plant owners
  • Lead solution-oriented sales discussions and professional product demonstrations
  • Build, manage, and forecast a qualified sales pipeline
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, reports, and revenue forecasts
  • Consistently achieve sales, revenue, and performance targets

Professional Requirements
  • 15 years of experience in solar sales, EPC, O&M, or energy solutions
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Solar plant operations
  • Real-time monitoring systems
  • Inverters, meters, and performance analytics
  • Proven ability to sell value-based B2B solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Structured, disciplined, and performance-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling SaaS, digital platforms, or enterprise software
  • Established network within the solar / renewable energy ecosystem
  • Familiarity with solar monitoring platforms, SCADA, or asset management tools
