Job Description
- Financial Operations & Reporting
- Assist in end-to-end accounting and financial operations.
- Support the preparation of financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow summaries.
- Assist in event-wise financial tracking, including revenues, costs, and profitability.
- Budgeting & Expense Monitoring
- Support the preparation of event budgets in coordination with department teams.
- Track and record expenses against allocated budgets.
- Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process vendor invoices, reimbursements, and petty cash transactions.
- Raise client invoices and track collections.
- Maintain records of outstanding dues and follow up for payments.
- Taxation & Compliance
- Assist in the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants for compliance matters.
- Vendor & Contract Support
- Maintain financial records for vendor agreements and payments.

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor and client contracts.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with Tally, Zoho, or ERP systems is a plus.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
