TradeVed (TradeVed Fintech Labs Private Limited) is an early-stage fintech startup building a neutral discovery and unified platform for trading and investing.
Our mission is to reduce the platform hopping problem in the trading and investment ecosystem by helping users discover, evaluate, and eventually use the right tools, platforms, and resources all in one place. We are building an AI-first ecosystem, starting with a discovery layer and expanding into a unified experience for learners, traders, and investors.
We are currently building multiple products, integrating AI capabilities, expanding partnerships, running GTM experiments, and actively engaging with the startup ecosystem.
This is a phase where execution, coordination, and decision-making matter as much as product development.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, hybrid role (23 days from office) for Founders Office Interns, based in Noida.
You will work closely with the founder and core team across business, product, growth, partnerships, AI initiatives, and ecosystem building.
This is not a single-function role.
You will take ownership of 12 key workstreams based on your strengths and interests, while contributing to broader internal discussions.
The role is ideal for someone who wants to understand how startups actually operate from the inside, beyond theory or surface-level exposure.
What You Will Work OnFounders Office Interns will take ownership across one or more of the following areas:Product, Product Strategy & AI- Working with tech teams on ongoing product development
- Participating in product discussions, roadmap planning, and iterations
- Supporting prioritization, feedback loops, and internal coordination
- Researching AI integrations and automation opportunities
- Supporting go-to-market planning and execution
- Working on pricing research, positioning, and packaging
- Tracking experiments and learning from outcomes
- Connecting with brokers, platforms, educators, and ecosystem partners
- Managing outreach, onboarding, and partner coordination
- Supporting partnership execution and relationship management
- Building and managing a large-scale campus ambassador network
- Expanding reach across Tier 2 / Tier 3 colleges and towns
- Coordinating community initiatives and events
- Researching accelerators, grants, competitions, and mentorship programs
- Supporting investor research and fundraising preparation
- Participating in startup events, demo days, and ecosystem activities
- Running growth and social media experiments
- Testing narratives, formats, and campaigns
- Excel / Google Sheets tracking and internal reporting
- Supporting cross-team coordination and execution

You will be expected to own execution, not just assist.
Who This Role Is For- Final-year students (BBA, Management, Commerce, Economics, or similar non-tech backgrounds)
- Engineering students or graduates interested in business, product, or growth roles (not development)
- Early-career professionals exploring startups, product, growth, or strategy
- People who want to build their own startup someday
- Individuals comfortable with ambiguity, responsibility, and fast-paced execution
Prior experience is welcome but not mandatory.
Mindset, ownership, and willingness to learn matter more.
