Analyst - Derivatives

Main Purpose:Managing the entire lifecycle of Over The Counter and Exchange traded derivativesKnowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

Essential:• Solid understanding on Derivatives - FX and/or physical commodity• Proficiency in critical thinking and the ability to evaluate information objectively.• Flexible demeanor and self-motivated• Consistent record to partner with distributed team members• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions under pressure• Fast learner and comfortable operating in a multidimensional environment• Proven track record to analyse sophisticated problems, break them down into manageable components, anddevelop effective solutions.• Excellent logical reasoning skills with the capacity to connect ideas, identify patterns, and draw logical inferences.• Degree or equivalent experience or equivalent in numerate field or above• Proficient in MS ExcelDesirable:• SME/end user experience on MUREX platform• Solid understanding of reconciliation, settlements of OTC/ETD productsKey Responsibilities• Ensure all trades processed through clearing banks are accurate & reconcile to trader’s records.• Work with internal departments, external counterparties and exchanges to resolve discrepancies on trades• Maintain all clearing accounts on the internal system daily basis, processing contract expiries and trade transfersbetween accounts• Work with the Finance team to analyse the impact of moving positions and get optimized Margining benefits• Advise the Treasury department of the daily movement of cash received or paid to the clearing houses and perform derivatives settlements

• Collateral management and OTC Margin call processing• Perform Regulatory reporting for Regulations such as EMIR, MAS, Dodd Frank, REMIT
