Job Description
- As a Technical Manager cum Architect at ECTDGlobal - Masuu in Hyderabad, you will be a key player in defining and shaping the technical architecture and direction of our digital solutions in regulated industries. Your role will involve leading and mentoring a high-performing development team to ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and efficient software products that meet global standards.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- **Technology Leadership:** Defining and owning the technical architecture across products and platforms, providing guidance and mentorship to development teams, and setting a high standard in code quality, development practices, and problem-solving.
- **Project & Team Management:** Overseeing end-to-end project execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables.
- **Architecture & Design:** Designing scalable, high-performance, secure, and reliable systems, establishing coding standards and best practices, and conducting design and code reviews.
- **Cloud & DevOps Integration:** Architecting and managing solutions on Microsoft Azure, optimizing cloud infrastructure for performance and cost.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 10+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years in a managerial or architectural role.
- Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core / .NET Framework, React.js (or React with TypeScript), and Microsoft Azure.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, design patterns, and modern web development.
- Proven experience in leading mid-to-large engineering teams and familiarity with CI/CD, code versioning tools, and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Optional skills such as knowledge of containerization tools, exposure to regulatory or compliance-heavy domains, and experience with automated testing frameworks are considered advantageous.
