Role Summary & Key Responsibilities:

- Analytical Thinking: Apply first-principles reasoning to assess qualitative and quantitative insights, identify knowns and unknowns, challenge assumptions, and develop independent perspectives.
- Data Storytelling: Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through compelling narratives that resonate across diverse teams and functions.

- System & Process Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for systems, technologies, and cross-functional processes.
- Gap Analysis: Identify process or system gaps, conduct detailed analyses, and initiate corrective measures to address them.
- Consumer Understanding: Demonstrate strong analytical acumen with a deep grasp of customer behavior and market dynamics.
Skills & Qualifications:

Education: MBA or B.Tech preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Product Analysis, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or related roles.

- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Expertise in customer insight and behavioral analysis.
