Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, high-performing Manager - CEO's Office who will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, working across functions to drive growth, efficiency, and transformation. The role demands a Tier-1 B-School graduate (IIM, ISB, FMS, XLRI, etc.) with a strong background in analytics, strategy, consulting, and execution excellence.
The individual will lead high-priority initiatives, provide analytical and strategic insights, ensure smooth business governance, and manage ad-hoc CEO mandates across all aspects of the organization - from ecommerce and marketing to finance, operations, HR, and investor relations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & CEO Support
- Act as a thought partner to the CEO on business strategy, growth, and transformation initiatives.
- Lead special projects, strategic reviews, and CEO-mandated cross-functional programs.
- Structure and solve ambiguous business problems through consulting-style analysis and insights.
- Prepare board-level presentations, investor updates, and strategic reports for leadership communication.
2. Business Analytics & Insights
- Deliver data-driven insights across ecommerce, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Build forecasting and scenario models to support strategic and financial planning.
- Conduct P&L deep-dives, unit economics analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Translate complex analyses into concise recommendations for leadership decision-making.
3. Ecommerce & Marketing Analytics
- Drive analytics across ecommerce platforms (D2C, marketplaces) to optimize revenue and profitability.
- Conduct performance marketing ROI analysis, attribution modeling, and media mix optimization.
- Lead customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and retention studies to identify growth levers.
- Partner with marketing teams to strengthen targeting, creative testing, and channel effectiveness.
4. Finance & Investor Relations
- Work with the CFO/Finance team on financial analysis, cost optimization, and investment evaluations.
- Provide inputs on budgeting, cash flow projections, and capital allocation decisions.
- Support the CEO in investor communications, fundraising materials, and due diligence processes.
5. Operations & Business Excellence
- Partner with operations and supply chain to identify efficiency gaps and process improvements.
- Drive business excellence initiatives, define KPIs, and track progress against goals.
- Design and institutionalize best practices and governance frameworks across functions.
- Lead OKR setting, performance tracking, and quarterly business reviews for CEO's office governance.
6. Ad-hoc & Special Projects
- Lead CEO-mandated high-impact projects that cut across business functions, often with limited structure and tight timelines.

- Take ownership of urgent business priorities, from market entry assessments to crisis management or new opportunity evaluations.
- Provide rapid, insight-driven analysis to address immediate CEO and leadership queries.
- Act as the bridge across teams to resolve bottlenecks, ensure execution speed, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
- MBA from a Tier-1 B-School in India (IIM, ISB, FMS, XLRI, etc.).
- 8-12 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business analytics, or CEO's office roles.
- Strong analytical toolkit: SQL, Excel, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Exposure to marketing platforms, ecommerce analytics, and financial analysis.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership, agility, and comfort with fast-paced, unstructured environments.
