Accountant- FMCG

We are currently recruiting a Settlement Accountant- FMCG for our client to be based out of their Abu Dhabi Office.

Responsibility-

• Execute daily invoice settlement and GRV process activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Record payment receipts, reconciliation, and allocations for the assigned location.
  
• Conduct regular follow-ups for route verifications and outstanding accounts receivable overdue balances.
• Ensure strict compliance with the OTC process.
• Manage cash, cheque, and post-dated cheque collections and ensure timely deposits into the bank.
• Perform monthly inventory verification for the respective location.
• Verify cheques and PDCs for authenticity and correctness.
• Handle petty cash disbursement and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain comprehensive sales documentation for audit and future reference.
• Cross functional collaboration to ensure smooth operation.

Skills-

• Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in FMCG or operations.
• Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Valid driving license will be an advantage due to job requirements.
• Flexible with any location in UAE.
