Senior Sales Executive - Premium Credit Cards

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Product Consultant - Credit Card for our trusted client who is a leading bank for their office in Dubai.

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Consultant to join our team, specializing in sales of banking products - Premium Credit Cards. This role will be responsible for driving sales, providing expert product knowledge, and delivering exceptional client service in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 
   Serve as a subject matter expert on credit card and loan products, including features, benefits, and application processes.
2. Consult with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate card and loan solutions.
3. Drive sales of card and loan products, meeting or exceeding assigned targets.
4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients and internal teams.
5. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting card and loan products.
6. Collaborate with internal departments to improve product features and customer experience.
7. Analyze sales data and client feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
8. Assist in developing marketing strategies and materials for card and loan products.
9. Provide after-sales support and resolve client queries or issues.
10. Contribute to the training and development of junior team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in UAE banking, preferably in card or loan product sales
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven track record in sales and client relationship management
• UAE Driving License is Mandatory
