Job Description
- You are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Principal Consultant to join the team. As a ServiceNow Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for driving the success of the ServiceNow platform by providing strategic guidance, leading enhancements, and managing projects. Your role will involve serving as the subject matter expert for all things ServiceNow, with a focus on ITSM and potentially other relevant modules such as HRSD.
Your key responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end implementation and configuration of ServiceNow solutions, working closely with SNOW Product Owners to gather requirements, designing and configuring workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications, and conducting thorough testing of configurations and customizations. You will also be responsible for providing technical guidance and mentorship to support team members, partnering with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues, and staying updated with the latest ServiceNow releases.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience), at least 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow in a developer and administrator capacity, proven experience in leading and managing ServiceNow projects, in-depth knowledge of ITSM best practices and principles, and a strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration options and customization capabilities.
