Information Technology Security Specialist - DDos

The broad scope of work for the resource(s) to be observed but not necessarily limited to the following:

1. Configure and administer various Security Tools, Solutions and platform(s) such as DDos, EDR, IPS, DAM.

2. Troubleshooting technical and operational issues.

3. Document and communicate onboarding pre and post requirements of the solution.

4. Configure, administer and operate Security Devices as per Banks policy.

5. Perform Security patching / Updates, firmware / OS upgrades, backup & recovery and any other operation of the Security Solutions as applicable.

6. Prepare use cases and test cases for reviewing and certifying new solutions.

7. Remediate issues in consultation with OEM as required.

8. Prepare SOP(s) and other documents, as applicable and make necessary updates as required.

9. Adhere to ITSM TAT and ITSM work process.

10. Adhere to organizational security policies and associated procedures.

11. Ensure the solution is working with optimum capacity.

12. Perform capacity planning and monitor resource utilization.

13. Work with OEM and liaise with business as required.

14. Escalate performance issues within the TAT.

15. Work with Information Security Management Department team and ensure that the configuration issues and vulnerabilities are remediated within the established timelines.

16. Periodically upgrade the skills and obtain certification(s), as applicable.

17. On-board / fine-tune / optimize required Security Solution(s), as applicable.

18. Any other task assigned by the Bank under the specified platform.
