Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management:Plan, execute, and optimize online and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
• 
  Market Research:Identify trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to shape marketing strategies.
• Partnerships & Activations:Collaborate with local businesses and influencers for cross-promotions and brand activations.
• Customer Engagement:Work closely with the customer service and operations teams to gather feedback and improve customer retention strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 13 years of experience in marketing (preferably in logistics, tech, or e-commerce).
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in performance marketing and lead generation.
