Travel counselor for Global Operation Mid back office (Tier 1), Travel and Lifestyle Services
Accountability (Individual role, team player)
Incumbent is responsible for completing stipulated task within pre defined timelines, speed and quality, and working with other team members
Responsibilities:
Mid Back-office position based out of Gurgaon, will require to work collaboratively with 22 TLS markets for air and non-air processes.
Reconciliation of payment basis statements received from vendor
Reconciliation of air transactions
Tracking hotel commissions
Clearing out error transactions
Resolving market queries
Qualifications:
Graduate with 1 – 2 years of working experience, preferably in travel back office
Flexible to work in shiftsLooking to get Placed? Try our Placement Guarantee Plan
Working knowledge of Sabre GDS
Central command working knowledge preferred
Accounting and finance procedures
Good communication skills to interact with various markets and partners
Working excel knowledge
