Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchases, receipts, payments).
• Handle client payment tracking, invoicing, and reconciliation with bookings
• Manage vendor payments (airlines, hotels, DMCs) and reconcile vendor accounts
• Reconcile bank statements and petty cash on a regular basis
• Track outstanding payments/receivables from clients and follow up with sales team
• Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions and invoices
• Support management with MIS reports and financial data for decision-making.
• Various miscellaneous operations tasks as and when given by the management.

• Working knowledge of Zoho / Tally.
• Very good knowledge in MS Excel and Words
• Working knowledge of GST (filing, compliance, reconciliation)
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Good communication skills (for vendor/client payment follow-ups)
• Time management to handle multiple client accounts/invoices

Education

Graduate in any stream (Preferably B. Com)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary - ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month
