About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Travel Consultant - Marketing to join our growing team at Travelxploria. In this role, you will help travelers turn their dream vacations into reality by providing expert guidance, recommending customized travel packages, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Client Advisory & Planning: Design personalized domestic and international itineraries based on client needs and budgets.
• Customer Service: Manage end-to-end support from inquiry to post-trip follow-up, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Destination Expertise:
  
  Provide guidance on visas, culture, attractions, and seasonal trends.
• Sales & Upselling: Promote packages, upgrades, and add-ons to boost revenue.
• Documentation & Compliance: Handle visas, insurance, and travel documents with accuracy.
• Problem Solving: Resolve cancellations, delays, and emergencies quickly and professionally.
• Market Research: Track advisories, policies, and emerging destinations for timely advice.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with airlines, hotels, and operators to secure competitive rates and quality service.

• Prior experience in the travel/tourism industry (preferred but not mandatory)

Education:

• Bachelors degree / MBA
• Preferred degree in Tourism Management

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Travel Agencies
