Executive Assistant (EA) to a Director
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-driven professional with 8+ years of experience to support senior leadership in business analysis, operations management, administration, and sales performance tracking. This role will act as a strategic partner to the Director providing data-driven insights, improving operational efficiency, supporting business planning, and ensuring smooth executive coordination.
Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Reporting
• Analyze business performance data, sales reports, and operational metrics.
• Develop dashboards, MIS reports, and performance summaries for leadership.
• Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities through data analysis.
• Support strategic planning and forecasting initiatives.
• Provide insights to improve revenue, cost efficiency, and productivity.
• Executive & Strategic Support
• Prepare business presentations, board reports, and analytical briefs.
• Support leadership with decision-making data and performance evaluations.
• Track key initiatives and ensure follow-ups on strategic goals.
• Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive business information.
• Operations Management
• Monitor operational workflows and process efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution.

  Get Hired
  Support budgeting, procurement tracking, and cost control measures.
• Sales & Business Performance Support
• Track sales targets, KPIs, and revenue performance.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and generate sales performance reports.
• Assist in preparing proposals, pricing analysis, and business cases.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Administrative & Process Oversight
• Ensure structured documentation and reporting systems.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations for compliance and process alignment.
• Implement systems to improve operational transparency and accountability.
  

Education
Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree is must.
  

Experience

• 8+ years in Business Analysis, Operations Management, Executive Support, or similar strategic roles.
• Experience working closely with senior leadership.
• Strong exposure to sales analytics and operational reporting.
  

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).
• Experience with reporting tools, CRM systems, and data visualization tools.
• Strong business acumen and financial understanding.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
