Job Description
Role Overview:
The incumbent will be responsible for building and managing the brand by driving integrated marketing initiatives, new product launches, and innovative campaigns aligned with business objectives. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and global stakeholders to deliver impactful brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead brand building and brand management initiatives to strengthen market presence and brand equity.
- Identify the right product catalogue and manage the global roll-out of new products, including marketing mix, pricing, communication strategy, and overall business strategy.
- Drive creative ideation and end-to-end execution of marketing concepts and campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative agencies, media partners, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Conduct data analysis, competition tracking, and market research to enable informed, insight-driven decision-making.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize initiatives to maximize impact and ROI.
- Prepare and present campaign performance reports and insights for management reviews.

- Work closely with regional and global teams on ongoing and upcoming strategic projects.
Educational Qualification
Any Graduate with relevant experience
MBA (Marketing or related specialization) preferred
