Job Description
We are currently looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executive cum Call Center Agent. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for both handling in-person customer inquiries and managing incoming/outgoing calls to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Answer inbound customer calls and make outbound follow-ups when needed
- Provide accurate information about products, offers, pricing, and company policies
- Handle customer complaints, resolve queries, and escalate unresolved issues to supervisors
- Maintain customer records and update details in CRM or Excel systems
- Collaborate with internal departments for smooth customer service operations
- Maintain the presentation of the store/front desk or service counter
- Meet individual performance targets for customer satisfaction, call handling time, and issue resolution
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills
