- Lead Generation:Identify and engage potential customers through targeted outreach (DMs, emails, comments) and CRM tools.
- Sales Support:Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads, track conversions, and analyze campaign ROI.
- Market Research:Analyze trends, competitors, and customer behavior to refine sales strategies.
- Email Marketing:Draft sales-focused newsletters and nurture sequences to retain and upsell customers.
- Sales & Marketing Integration:How to align creative campaigns with revenue goals.
- Digital Tools:Hands-on experience with [e.g., Canva, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, Shopify].
- Customer Journey Mapping:From lead generation to conversion.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:Use metrics to optimize campaigns and sales tactics.
- Professional Networking:Work alongside experienced marketers and sales professionals.
- Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Passion for social media, sales, and trend-driven industries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
