- Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for better results (CPC, CTR, ROI, etc.).
- Creative Collaboration: Work with design and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives and copy.
- Targeting & Research: Conduct audience segmentation, keyword research, and competitive analysis to improve ad targeting.
- Reporting & Insights: Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve ongoing campaigns.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the digital marketing world.

- Creative thinker with a good eye for ad copy and visuals.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
