mental health professionals grow their practices online. We specialize in SEO, content, social
media, and performance marketing. Were looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage our
agencys online presence as well as one of our US-based client accounts a couples therapist.
This is a remote, full-time role ideal for someone who loves content, understands the mental
health space, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities

Client (Couples Therapist)
- Plan and execute a monthly content strategy focused on relationship and emotional wellness
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to grow audience engagement
- Write empathetic, relatable captions in a US-friendly tone
- Collaborate with in-house designers and writers to create branded, high-quality content
- Post and schedule content consistently using social tools
- Monitor DMs and comments, responding as needed to build a safe and engaging community
- Analyze post performance and deliver insights to improve future content
TriangleClick LLC (Agency Branding)
- Build our brand as a specialist marketing agency for therapists
- Create and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Collaborate with content writers and designers to create thought leadership, educational posts, and behind-the-scenes agency updates
- Work closely with the founder to align content with our service offerings and growth strategy
- Track analytics to optimize our social media presence and engagement
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in social media management (preferably in an agency or wellness niche)
- Excellent written and spoken English with a US-style tone and voice
- Strong eye for branding and understanding of audience psychology
- Proficient with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite)

- Experience collaborating with a creative team (writers, designers, editors)
- Ability to manage and prioritize two content calendars simultaneously
- Independent, proactive, and organized with a growth mindset
Nice to Have

- Basic video editing skills (Reels, Stories, Shorts)
- Background in mental health, psychology, or wellness content creation
